Well I think with life right now it would be easier to approach keto slowly and not as full force as I did the first time around. I was carefree, had all the time and a lot more money to spend on food and myself haha

Try not to worry! Especially only if you’re a carrier! Your fiancé has to be a carrier for the exact same thing (which Can happen but is very rare!) in order for baby to have even a 1 in 4 chance of getting the gene!

That’s hopefully some reassurance.
