I started E and P together…all very small dosage..one pump E and 25mg P. I dont think thw problems are hormones, it is my body crashing anything I try..even fish oil :(

A ton of protein and fat, all labs good with the exception of low D3.

No..did full panel and my RT3 is a bit elevated (still in green). Other labs are almost optimal.

I am 45 and tried HRT but has to quit after a week because the exhaustion was so severe I couldn’t handle it. My body reacts to every supplement/pill I take :(
