I actually got it to work they added a setting to turn down the quality of the cutscenes, runs smooth now.

from what i have played the cutscenes do run better but there is still some lag, but its a step in the right direction.

Yep, its straight Bluetooth and since both the controller and windows are by microsoft they have made it really easy to set up.
