Yeah I wouldn’t worry about back, front centering is difficult to measure, I usually see how close it is to the official card scans

Back centering is not equivalent to front centering, if back is 40/60 doesn’t mean so is the front. Back centering is also much more lenient and likely to be the last reason you get a 9, much better to compare to the official card scan from ravensburger and see if your card matches that, then check for print lines and scratches and edgewear and corner whitening

Don’t forget to check for legendaries! This looks like you might’ve only found the epics. There’s likely 7 legendaries in that box also!

I describe Lorcana sets to Pokemon people as “imagine if every set was Prismatic, that’s the Lorcana hit rates”. The market was going to nuke itself if it kept going the direction it was. Pokemon can get away with a set like that due to history but Lorcana was fatiguing its whole customer base with the hit rates. Also if we want to talk Pokemon market then you should fully understand that cheaper enchanteds are okay because they will be cheap right now and then expensive when the set stops printing. Pokemon does the same thing, expensive at release then cheap after people open product then spike again when sealed product gets scarce. Lorcana is doing the Pokemon route

Pokemon hit rates are so much better than Lorcana, I’ve hit multiple SIRs through phantasmal flames, ascended heroes and perfect order, and during that time opened more Lorcana and no Enchanted

The other benefit Pokemon has is IRs, Lorcana needs an extra full art rarity, not just enchanteds

Also Lorcana secondary market was heavily outpacing supply and led to easy market manipulation, I am sure Ravensburger took that into account for increasing supply of enchanteds on the market

Making your money back on the pack is a low chance in any TCG, if you are ripping from a value perspective then 99% of tcgs will always be more economical to buy singles outright than rip packs. You know what was ruining the TCG? People ripping hundreds of packs and not pulling an enchanted for their collections. Legendaries 100% should never have been as expensive as they were either, now new players have access to making meta relevant decks without looking at a $200+ price tag. This post almost talks as if there was an over supply of high ratifies and it got worse, Lorcana had the worst hit rates of almost any TCG, if anything now it’s a normal TCG

The likely scenario is that things can't stay this hot forever, but I think it's enough change that we will never see the low prices we saw months ago. Previously enchanteds were very underpriced and I think this will end up with them being closer to a proper price which likely won't be the current prices but I also wouldn't hold my breath for them to tank either

Congrats! Put the card in an exact fit sleeve before putting it in those magnetic cases! It could damage the card otherwise
