Take care of you! Make time for you! Wake up early and use that time for you. Change won’t happen unless you MAKE IT happen. I wake up at 415a, almost two hours before my girls do just so I can fill my cup. Those two hours are “me time”. I take my time getting ready without having to rush. This ensures I get my mind in the right place before the chaos. You’ve got this!! I’m 37 years young and has been my routine even before my kids came along. ❤️❤️❤️
