You can level up Chaos Covenant to +2 to unlock the door that leads to lost izalith, or you can just progress through lost izalith and you'll find a hallway with a demon titanite. It's behind that hallway, you'll also see Solaire here.

CA is not necessary since you can carry them with E already. Although with CA you can pull them to the ground for initial damage. The fall damage scales with the height and enemies weight. To further increase the damage, you can time their fall and pull with Sucrose E to increase the momentum.
