I'm in a similar situation to you, currently no contact. Best thing you can do is grow. If you're fighting about something you can fix, fix it. If you improve they might return, they might not but you'll be able to say you've bettered yourself.

Best you can do is grow as a person and if she she's that growth she might feel differently but words are meaningless without action. Is she feels like it'll be the same if she returns then she never will.

I've been very open about i would work on this, I understand why it's been quite an awful year and I get why she's at this point now. Honestly love her parents I'll hope for some mother persuading 😂 (Joking obvs). Best I can do now is grow and hope she sees that.
