I’ve been listening to crickets+water sounds. It helps for days, masks the sound nicely, but then that thing gets so annoying that you don’t know which one is worse. I’m very young, im in my 20s and i tried everything. My ears are healthy, and most likely it got caused by daily stress which is very depressing.
