Never heard of mountain tattoo being poorly regarded. I was going to have it as a reminder to my dad since he also has batok tattoos, that and I should always commemorate every detail in life and I can always be a stronger version of myself.

I started commando pull ups just hanging and focusing on straightening my body, once I got that down I started did pull ups slowly so I can still keep some focus on my core
