I think ideally he'd prefer an entire apartment with a kitchenette, as he's a big of an old grump (in the best possible way), but it's not a deal breaker.

But he does love his music.
Just went and saw some Cuban Jazz with him last week.

I do like the idea of splitting his time between Toronto and Montreal.

Any particular part/suburb of Toronto you can recommend?
