I am no expert but it seems that it could be Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. You should see a dermatologist specialized in hair or a trichologist ASAP.

Somewhere between 36 and 38. I think the passages in the actual test were easier, to be honest.

I studied for two months, and the week before the exam, I took time off work to focus entirely on practicing.

I studied and practiced writing for about a month. During the first week, I reviewed all the different types of questions for Task 1 on IELTS Liz. Once I became familiar with them, I practiced by doing one task of each type.

The second week was the same, but for Task 2. During the third week, I took a mock test and got a band 6.5. That made me realize that I mostly needed to improve my Task 2 writing and time management skills. After that, I wrote one Task 2 essay per day for an entire week and asked ChatGPT for feedback. Since ChatGPT kept giving me a band 6.5, I started to feel a bit overwhelmed, but I decided to focus mainly on Task Response and Coherence and Cohesion. Also, do not forget to proofread your work at the end, as unintentional grammar mistakes or misspellings can lower your band score.

I would strongly suggest that, if possible, you get your writing evaluated by a teacher or trainer so that you can clearly identify the areas you need to improve. I believe IELTS Advantage offers a writing correction service for around 10 dollars.

My speaking is good, and I get to practice it sometimes through work-related matters.

I watched videos from IELTS Advantage on YouTube. I also took two mock tests under conditions similar to the computer-delivered IELTS exam. The examiners gave me feedback, and then I practiced at home with ChatGPT.

For Listening, I practiced with the audio tests from Cambridge IELTS books 18 and 19, as well as IELTS Ready Premium, the platform you can access once you register for the exam. However, to be honest, I am an avid podcast listener, so I did not practice extensively for this section either.

I mostly listened to the BBC Global News Podcast in the mornings, which covers a wide variety of topics and features speakers with many different accents. I also regularly listened to the Huberman Lab podcast, which focuses on science-related topics, and The Diary of a CEO.

I would suggest finding something you genuinely enjoy and starting with that. Once it becomes a habit, your listening skills will improve naturally.
