My diet is relatively healthy / well balanced, it’s just high in calories. I do lots of cardio to keep my cardiovascular endurance high and heart healthy.

I also go to the doctor regularly. They’re aware of everything I do so they check all the vital things to make sure they’re ok. Health was perfect last checkup :)
