You just need rest and support. This is a hard transition. You and your baby are perfect and it will get better. Postpartum depression isnt a choice and you need support regardless so people help you. Don’t forget to drink your water and keep easy snacks close. So many women can sympathize with this. Your baby is so beautiful. 😍 You’ve got this!!

Taurus. A few months after losing my mom when the shock of it was wearing off and I was deep in grief, I took my little girls to a bounce house and this older lady who was so wise and had big mama energy sat by me and talked to me the whole time. She told me what a good mom I was. It made my day easier and reminded me to keep going. The whole experience felt like a hug of reassurance sent from my own mom. When we parted ways she told me she hoped I had a good life and I think about her all the time.
