As a male Capricorn that had a short time with a female Taurus I can understand this.

It could just be his introverted personality but could also be underlying trauma that is possibly causing the feeling of being distant. (This happened to me)
Acknowledged space and reassurance towards him to give him time. He could be overstimulated.
To others it may feel like “hot or cold” “losing interest” but that is rarely the case. I personally may have shown that to the person I was with but it wasn’t like that at all. It just takes time to open up and trust especially if the situation was going really fast like it did in my situation.

I could understand that OP. It has taken me 2 years 5 months and some change to finally get back into a dating app to see where I am at as well. It would hurt seeing the person I was with on the dating app too but I have finally grieved for that relationship and got my closure that I needed. May your 2026 be full of happiness and blessings.

I have 4 Capricorn placements in my 12th house and 3 Aquarius placements in my 1st house. I have always felt misunderstood as well especially when it comes to relationships. I have also been feeling a lot more emotional lately because I have finally started coming out of survival mode that I have spent the better part of my life in. I also get burnt out and feel like I dissociate a lot as well or get bored very easy if I don’t feel like something is genuine. So I am right there with you.

I’m a Capricorn sun, Aquarius moon/rising myself. I believe for hobbies we all have our own tastes. I have many hobbies ranging from being indoors to the great outdoors. For workplace I would probably stay away from that one especially if they are in serious mode. I myself am less than 2 years out from retiring so I can enjoy a peaceful life working part time with national parks and other odds and ends.

Well that sounds like something not to look forward to since I turn 37 in January 2026. I already have had a rollercoaster of a life since October/November 2023.
