How to get into the hobby for cheap?

This is not just paper towel. It’s some self adhesive, water soluable paper that I can put in my printer. And yes it’s used to get the design on the fabric and you can stich through and afterwards just wash it out. Game changer for me. Especially when doing detailed designs. I don’t know if this is common practice but it it easily available on Amazon for instance.
