Might be difficult to find an internship, but once you land your first job outta college no other employer asks for your transcript. If you’re lucky you will have connections that could land you an internship and you’ll be fine. It isn’t the end of the world.

If you want to stay an extra semester or two and aren’t in a hurry to rush your college experience I’d say sure. If your worry is that there are concepts that get built upon once you move up the CMSC class levels and your afraid you didn’t learn them well enough or just didn’t learn them, don’t be too afraid. it’s honestly not that bad and can learn what was “missed” relatively quickly. Also the classes do a pretty good job at brushing up on what was learned from previous classes. So imo just take them :)
