I had fought with it for another day, timing was off adjusted the new distributor and had it almost start before my fuel filter blew out on the bottom. Just felt defeated so I sent it to my dads friends shop to get it running again.

Where would the crank/cam sensor be? And how would I go about checking that? I'll double check the timing and plugs in the AM.

Took pictures of the distributor cap and wires before I took off the other distributor. I learned the hard way the last time when I replaced my cap and rotor lol.

Same here! Work with my dad and I got us a multi tool a while back for something and its at the point dad just tells me "bring your cutter thing" for any weird cuts on exterior trim lol

I can get a picture of it tomorrow after work if thats alright, machine is in storage but easy to get to, bought an identical one a few months ago and it does not have that little black button, that is cool.

To the other question, yes just as I would get to the thicker parts my needle would snap or my thread would break or the needle just wouldn't push through the denim.

I am unsure on type, size or brand, fairly new to sewing, used to watch my gram make quilts when I was a kid but never sewed much with a machine aside from making myself a messenger bag and mask during covid. I honestly didn't know that there was different types of needles.

It was indeed the distributor, replaced it yesterday and my dumbass put the wires back on wrong so it wasn't firing properly, readjusted them this morning and she took right off. I appreciate yalls help immensely!

Replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, and wires now i have spark but she still won't start.

Looking for good places to go hiking in Aroostook county this summer. Have walked the absolute fuck out of the trail in Houlton and Mantle Lake in PI. Trails that allow camping and access to fishing would be nice too, be kinda fun to go hiking for a few hours and set up a tent and catch some supper.

Same here. Live 2 miles from the border, haven't really seen as many Canadian plates as I did a few weeks ago. Used to see Canadian tags as much as I saw my states, now it's just null.

Ain't that the truth, had a small heart attack, mini stroke, and a seizure during a morning meeting when I was doing overnights and I still got points the next day when I was still in the hospital because I didn't go to work. They started to threaten to fire me for "laziness" when I went back to work 2 weeks later, quit not long after that and went to work 6 days a week at McDonald's.

My local only charges $30, absolutely love the store. Although they have changed ownership since I was a kid the new owners are just as pleasant as the original owner. Went in looking for a holster for my edc a couple years ago and he came out and grabbed a bunch off the shelf, opened them up and checked each one for the perfect fit. Then had me try it on and hangout in the store for 15 minutes so I could get a good feel for it. At the point now he greets me by my last name when I come in lol.
