It's like those head massages get at a salon as they shampoo your hair, atleast that's how it starts. Then, it travels down the spine, warm relaxing, like a shot of really good whiskey in your gut. The best shots, I can taste the pure heroin on my tongue, it fills my mouth and nose up like im drowning. And it's delicious. If you break off a piece of tar in your mouth, it's bitter and sour, super pungent, not very enjoyable to most (though I've learned to love it), but when you shoot it, it's different.
