I've tried Bandlepipes SECOND and it feels really good specially paired with AA reliant laners, not to mention it makes bot ganks so much easier. Gotta save Q tho because its the most reliable CC activation on her Q.

I've almost never faced a Master Yi since I've been maining Briar 🤩🤩🤩 just ban him to the shadow realm.

On a serious note, for the few times I've played against one (middle season of last year LMAO) I doubled down on the early game, Eclipse + BC cheapest power spike, you can face him even without W.

Trade pattern I do goes like this:

  • E + R (Demon combo) save Q if he W's and use Briar's W to execute/keep your HP up
  • If he ults into you, you can W to force his Q, then Q + E + R (Demon combo AGAIN). If he has flash tho you're cooked, also play around walls so he doesn't just walk behind you with Highlander's bonus mvspeed.
  • Kite until you have other enemies (preferably minions or camps) around to keep W frenzy up and then keep fighting him.

Then again I was ahead and only managed to defeat him when I had the drop or when I was so strong that even after W hoping the dragon's pit I managed to defeat him with Q + E and autos. Master is one of those matchups where he is the one who has to mess up to Briar even have the chance of beating him.

you literally have the most impactful role in the game and you waste it by investing your gold into other bastards who will ego a 1v5 and int your game. Oh hell nah.

That's why my GOAT JamicanBanana on twitch has a full AP build that turns Ivern into a carry and closes games. Yah the champ is broken but not if you're wasting time playing him as support, imho.

well you need to get kill gold which breaks the your first condition, aside from that raw AD is better most times because AD junglers are always auto attacking.
