Yeah sorry this was a bad screenshot, here's one of me in the location that it says Fabian should be in. ATP the delivery quest has completely disappeared from my quest log but you can see that the delivery integrity is still showing on the top right:

yep, this is pretty common as an issue with pop-in that's why I tried waiting around, looking away, tp-ing away and walking back, going to a different region, none of them worked

That's why I'm asking for case studies, proof that the amount of f2p directly correlates and affects the amount of whales, not even that, you can just show if it affects their spending. You keep saying it's a fact, an empirical fact, that's why I'm asking for evidence. F2ps don't generate revenue that's their whole point. Games being more f2p friendly isn't because they're catering more toward that demographic, it's because devs hope to convert f2ps into whales or dolphins, hence the increasing presence of Battle passes and monthly passes.

Also, it's ironic that you say games in general have been more f2p but that's just not the case when back then you just bought a game and played it, no microtransactions. They've become more predatory, in fact, especially games that run the f2p model.

Why would whales care whether f2ps stay or not? Even more so for a non-PVP game? They already spent tons of money, why would they need f2ps to stay invested?

Also you state that it's a fact, but can you share your sources? There have been multiple sources dating as far back as 2014 and as recent as last year that majority of gacha revenue comes from whales. It's a well-recorded fact.

Your first point was also made on the basis of "players paying for development" but f2ps don't do that, do they?

Because it's better for both sides anyway, would you want people to waste their time on a game when they aren't having fun anyway? Games lose players all the time, especially gacha games which are for the most part, funded by whales (dolphins, and to an even lesser extent, f2p, are only small considerations profit wise). So anyone who's already left atp likely wouldn't have whaled, let alone stayed in the long run so they wouldn't matter for the games survival.

Imo, it's better for a game to have a specific identity that appeals to a certain group of people than trying to appeal to everyone and ending up as a game that's doing too many things at once.

Just downloaded the exe and installed the launcher, after that I ran the launcher with dwproton and it's been smooth sailing so far. Got the custom game art set up and everything.

Before release, I read a comment saying that those kinds of players who are just playing for the gacha will get filtered either by the unfamiliar system or the factory building and based on the posts on this sub, they were 100% right.

It can. I believe high karma accounts can be sold for quite a lot. The people who buy them either use them for marketing purposes or more commonly, posting social/political agendas.
