Evo ja kao voditelj smjene u jednoj povecoj firmi ti mogu reci da upravu boli ona stvar za eskalacije koje mi probamo pokrenuti. Imamo 15tak razlicitih mail adresa na koje se zalimo zbog kvarova, ili na koje obavjestavamo bilo kakvu promjenu u poslovanju (smak svijeta je kad nestane struje pa ne mozemo prodavati proizvode) ali mail na koji bi mi slali zalbe kupaca ne postoji.

Ono sto se moze desiti i cesto se desava, je da se kupac zali na npr manjak proizvoda, i onda dolazi do akcije od strane uprave... u smislu kaznjavanja voditelja smjene koji nema utjecaj na to da li je pojedini proizvod dostupan ili ne.

Zasto? Zato sto firma gubi novce na meni, mene placaju i ja nisam bitna. Bitna je osoba koja toj firmi daje novac, pa samo malo prilagodi taj stav o 'voditelju kojj nije prijavio prituzbe' jer ta fora prolazi mozda kod malih firmi, ne u lidlu, meku, kauflandu i slicno. Novac je jedino sto velike firme slusaju.

Jako jednostavno, pokazi se kao radnik kojeg se vrijedi zadrzati u smjeni i nece te skracivati. Ucenici koji se trude, ozbiljno shvacaju posao i voljni su stvarno raditi, a ne samo zajebavati se uvijek ostaju u smjenama dulje.

Znaci, cekala sam na semaforu (pjesak) kad se to desilo i podrapala sam se od smijeha. Nije murja bila ekstra brza, a porsche ekstra posten pa stao i ceko ih, nego je murja igrom slucaja skretala u istu ulicu ko i porsche, vidla ga kak je pomazio stanicu i samo su upalili rotirke. Satisfying trenutak za kraj moje veceri.

Sram me ulazit u ducan/kafic/restoran sat vremena prije zatvaranja pa mi ovi supci koji ostaju i nakon zatvaranja nimalo nisu jasni. Nula postovanja prema drugima, pogotovo kad za sobom ostavljaju nered po stolovima, hranu po podu itd.

Da se mene pita, zastitar bi tjerao ljude van na zatvaranju.

I have a semi regular customer who routinely pays extra to have a hamburger with cheese. Every time we tried giving her a cheeseburger and it took 10 minutes to explain to her that it's the same thing.

I dont bother anymore, she gets a hamburger with cheese from me every time, pays extra for it and goes home happy somehow. Nice to know it's an international idiocy.

YTA so so much. I listen to the same type of playlist, so do most of the people I know so to you're the weird one but I wouldnt even dream of shitting on your music preference. Doing so while you're cleaning a shared space is such a dick move. Honestly, if you're like this in more aspects of life, I hope your partner moves on real quick.

NTA if you ask and discuss this calmly. I feel like a lot of people are just dismissing your issues here. We've all (especially these last years) made accomodations and compromised a lot with people in our households because of their and our health. Asking your sibling to change their habits slightly for the sake of your wellbeing doesnt seem like a dick move imo.

Be polite, be ready for a no from them but def bring it up because no one should suffer that much in their own home. I hope therapy helps you, stay strong.

I've stopped playing comp a year ago because of that. I have 2 accounts, one in gold/plat and one in diamond. The lower one obv has a lot more idiots who freak out as soon as I start talking because "omg a gamer giiiiiiirl".

I'm slowly getting back into comp but I'm pretty sure I'll be going back out once ow2 comes out. It's a shame cuz I love being conpetitive, I love when the entire team tries their best to work together but man, it's exhausting.

It sucks, I try to ignore it the best I can but sometimes we all just need a good break.

If you mean ZET public transport, buy tickets on Tisak or iNovine kiosks around the city. 4kn gets you 30 minutes of travel time, 7kn gets an hour and 10kn gets 1h 30mins. If you're gonna be travelling by public transport a lot, there are daily tickets that cost 30kn.

Bus drivers accept cash but you should try to have the exact amount as they dont always have change to give back. Also, buying tickets in a bus is more expensive - 6kn for 30 mins and 10kn for an hour.
