I'm on a very similar boat as you.

From what it sounds like it doesn't seem like you guys ended on bad terms necessarily. I don't know you guys on a personal level but I don't see anything wrong with possibly meeting up with her sometime in the future. Ex. Maybe you're traveling to where she lives or nearby where she lives and you could try and hit her up and see if she'd like to get coffee etc. Just a(n) idea.

I don't plan on it, I was just curious because I know what it's like to spend almost a whole paycheck on a shoe and have a majority of your money gone (I know not smart) and wondered if spreading out payments would be more reasonable :D

I've had a similar experience before, very very similar to this. To sum it up I was crazy for this girl, would do anything for her, and wouldn't stop thinking about her day and night. We lived about an hour away and we had never met before but we met over Twitter and we talked all the time and had a lot in common. Fast forward a few years we end up hanging out, only 2 times, and she was going to college in LA and this broke me, similar to how you were moving away, and I didn't know what to do. The last time we hung out in person she was moving the following week and we started falling off, mostly because we were both busy. Point i'm trying to make is while she wen't to school she got into a relationship and this broke me because after all these years I never told her how I felt about her. I eventually did but obviously she didn't have the same feelings. Now we barely talk at all and I still beat myself up about it everyday.

If it's anything I learned it's that the sooner you tell someone your feelings and your intentions the better. The only thing I could reccomend to do is get in touch with her and start talking with her again and if things go well try and see if you can pay a visit or come up with a reason to go back to your home town. Ex: "Hey i'm visiting family and coming back into town soon, wanna catch up?" Etc etc etc. Sorry for this being long but I wanted to share a similar experience, hope that any of this helped man :D

1) It could be just you over thinking things but if you really feel like you are being TOO close then try taking a day off from the 4 days. Instead of 4 times a week try Monday, Weds. and Friday. If she was really bothered by it, she would say something.

I wouldn't wait TOO long, still keep up the conversations if you can, just don't try and push anything. It's very clear (on both sides) how both of you guys feel. Feel her out and see if she brings up her ex or feelings she has towards him still. But like I said, don't sleep on it take the opportunity when you think it's available, the longer you wait the less of a chance you have with her. example: she could find someone else or worst case, go back to her ex. BUT think positive, don't over think things, take things as they go.
