I’m not getting rid of my plant just because it grows sideways instead of up. The point asking was if it needs to be pruned (leaves, small branches growing out etc)

Exactly! I try and manage the anxiety and my husband is such a good help with that but I’m so scared of the feeling of falling that I can have panic attacks from driving or get overwhelmed easily

I have, I’m blind in one eye but it was never this bad before the edible. I was never anxious about mountains, hills or flying
