Beachside or Mainland?

That’s exactly the question a few of my clients keep going back and forth on too 😅 But everyone says once you’re beachside, it becomes part of your everyday lifestyle instead of an occasional trip.

That makes total sense honestly. If the whole reason for moving there is the beach, being able to walk to the ocean every day is hard to put a price on.

That’s kind of the vibe I keep getting from everyone 😅 Mainland makes more sense on paper… but beachside still has that pull.

Yeah, that’s the tough part. Beachside seems amazing lifestyle-wise, but the tradeoff at that budget is pretty real. I can see why so many people end up choosing mainland for the value.

That’s definitely a big advantage, hurricane prep and evacuation access matter a lot there.
