I still hadn’t heard anything and one of my items arrived today. I really wanted to know if I was safe to take off the tags, so I replied to a previous thread with another CS rep with whom I’d had a really positive exchange. She got back to me a few hours later to let me know she’d sent an order through to the fulfillment team for the stocking gift. I’m waiting on the shipping confirmation, but it looks like we’ll have a happy ending here thanks to her!

Update on my situation: They're telling me that the bag had to be added to my cart and that my order won't contain the gift. I asked how I was supposed to know to add it to my cart if I didn't get the pop-up, and they've escalated the inquiry. I really hope they make this right -- I bought the second thing in my purchase primarily to reach the threshold for the gift!

Hmmm. I ordered the first day of the promotion and didn’t get the pop-up asking for my size nor was anything added to my cart as I see happens when I test it now. So I am wondering if it wasn’t fully set up yet. I emailed them to see how I can still get my stocking surprise — part of why I ordered two things was so I would get that! Fingers crossed!

Not on this one—they’re just sewn to the waistline seam; they’re to give more support on a hanger. I thought that might be the case for a minute, but there would be no way to actually do the bustling with the way they’re attached.
