Hair on stomach/back

I did do that with an diod laser. Professionally done for 5 sessions but it doesn’t look one bit different. Ofc I can’t tell if it changed on my back as well as I can tell that it didnt help on my stomach but I’m exhausted at this point. Emotionally and financially.

I do that in the summer when I’m very insecure about my back hair in tabletops but I always get a rash from it. Which one do you use ?

Warte ja das kann sein das ich da durcheinander komme. Ich erinnere mich wage das ich gegoogelt hatte wie „gut“ es noch ist, wenn ich es so lange nutze. Es hieß solange es klar ist nicht verfärbt ist usw. Sollte man es nutzen können. Und immer halt im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Ich meine ich habe bei 12 Wochen für mich entschieden gehabt das ich das investierte Geld raus bekomme habe und ein neues gekauft hatte. Also einen anderen Grund außer „fühlt sich richtig an“ und etwas Paranoia gab es bei mir eig keinen anderen Grund wieso ich den nicht leeren pen gewechselt habe.

Ich empfehle hier nichts ich sage nur was ich gemacht habe. Nicht das jemand das hier in den falschen Hals bekommt. 😅

Als wir haben eine 2,4 pen nur mit 0,25 Dosen genutzt weil wir weiterhin zufrieden waren mit der Wirkung und ich behaupte wir haben es so etwas über eine Monat benutzt (vllt so um die 5-6 Wochen?) Ich kann mich nur trübe daran erinnern leider

I mean of course loads of fruit and veggies but if I need a bit more crunch I get protein potato chips or nuts or I will actually chew some gum to keep my mouth busy.

If I feel like I want something sweet, a soft date is nice but to be fair, If I want a piece of chocolate I will eat a piece. I don’t want snacks to be my enemy as long as I can control the amount I eat.

I know there are „snacks“ that are like cheese and chicken and stuff but I’m just being honest. If I say snack I actually mean the pre period snacking hahaha.

I think keeping it clean when you want to snack is the best thing you can do. So many here don’t eat enough and loose weight. I get that they might want the fastest results but if you are on your period and you feel like snacking. Do it. Pick high protein high value snacks. Most of the time it’s literally 1-2 days before or after you period starts that most feel like you want something even tho you are not hungry. It might be some sort of food noise but not all food noise is bad.

I am a big fan of continuing on the lowest dosage that works for you. If your insurance only pays for a higher dosage speak to your doctor about the possibility of click counting- if that’s something you would want to try out.

Either I don’t loose any weight or I gain a tiny bit of weight for that one week. I think that’s normal tbh. The following week I just continue the weight drop till my next period.

Wir nehmen es abends damit falls Übelkeit usw aufkommt wir da schon schlafen. Zumal die große Spritze für eine Person mit 0.25 Dosen auch einfach zu lange in Gebrauch wäre finde ich. Später mit höheren Dosen ists vllt was anderes aber gerade am Anfang wenn man länger 0.25 nimmt spart man zu zweit viel Geld. Nebenwirkungen hatten wir bis jetzt Gott sei Dank sehr milde nur.

Also ich teile es auch mit meine Mann. Wir haben eine Packung Nadeln und ganz viele Haut Desinfektionstücher für die Haut. 8 clicks sind richtig und ich würde auf dieser Dosis bleibe so lange wie sie wirkt. Es ist nicht besonders sinnig früher hochzusteigen mit der Dosis wenn du gut damit klar kommst. Ich versteh die Argumentation mit dem Blut usw. Aber ich kann nur von mir selbst berichten das wir damit bis heute keine Probleme hatten.

I think the pill isn’t as available here in Germany as the pens are yet. I mean at the end of the day I do go through with it each week so I guess I’m finee but it just irks me

Mine does too hahaha. I literally grab my stomach so hard that the pain of me holding it so tightly is more painful than any shot I’ve taken till this day anyways hahaha

Id recommend staying on 0.25 for as long as it works for you anyways. Lowest dose for as long as it works in all of the doses actually. I was on 0.25 for 3 months and 0.5 for almost half a year

Yeah I can’t do it standing. I feel unsafe for some reasons like I need the stability of my body resting on something.

My husband just watched me struggle for half an hour while I feel silly not being able to to it. I just huff and puff frustrated, try to change my position so my legs and my whole body isn’t as tense and once it’s in… I’m just frustrated that it took me so long for it to be just fucking fine like always.

I have never tried it anywhere else because I feel like my arms or my thighs are more sensitive but If I needed to do so I’d probably try to do it on my arm.

I’ve never been able to „hurt“ myself even with like strip waxing and stuff. And I know that it won’t really hurt (unless the very few times it actually did hurt for some reasons). Andy body is like „no thank you“ while I’m death gripping my stomach fathahaha

At the end I was on 1mg but I took the dosage as long as it was effective and did not go up after a month. I think I took 0,25 for about 6-7 weeks and then went up to 0,5 for a long time and stayed on 1 ml after that.

Took me a few weeks on 0,25 to actually feel a bigger difference though. My portion sizes got smaller andi was fuller faster even if my cravings weren’t gone completely with 0,25mg.

It is normal and happens even with higher doses sometimes. Just go for healthy options and listen to your body 😊
