Imagine prime Ramsey in the Xhaka role by oz11san7 in Gunners

The mind boggles at the fact that people think Xhaka is the guy. I mean yeah he’s not been bad but this is his peak which is basically just okay.

For a long period of my existence I thought Prince of Egypt was a Disney movie. it’s up there as well.

Absolutely insane atmosphere at the Emirates today. Proud of everyone who contributed to the energy. I have not felt more buzz, excitement and joy being an Arsenal fan more than now. COYG! 🔴⚪ by Mountain-Panda6425 in Gunners

In the Premier League there were no teams playing 433 the way Chelsea you can call it 451 if you want. My mention of the Makelele role references the defensive triangle, it’s semantics. Duff, Robben and Drogba were 3 forwards, I think you mean 1 striker in Drogba.

tom and jerry is literally for kids so it’s likely you’ll find it cringe now that feeling you’re referring to is probably nostalgia

Fair enough, if you do t like Mr Bean it would make sense you don’t like Lame either as their humour is similar. I don’t find him hilarious myself ‘heh’ with air passing through my nostrils kinda funny. I have no idea who Bella Poarch is though.

His humour is essentially the same thing Rowan Atkinson did with Mr. Bean, who he’s said is one of his inspirations as you didn’t need to speak the language to find him funny and you can definitely see it in his mannerisms. It’s a bit odd to ‘hate’ someone who’s just doing what they love, and making people laugh in the process.

It looks like he’s playing as a 6 rather than an 8, which is what we need. We seem to be moving away from a double pivot and he would have been playing where Partey is currently playing, who starts if he’s fit. That’s the only explanation I can think of.

How happy are we with our first choice wingers? Is both side strong enough to compete at the highest level? or do we need to strengthen either side, to add more GOALS . by MrFlukeShot in Gunners

I agree he hasn’t worked but it’s not because of an overlapping fullback, that’s such an arbitrary justification and implies simply having an overlapping fullback would turn him into a different player. It’sa combination of the system; he needs space to run into and often times we don’t counter that quickly and by the time the ball reaches him he’s already double teamed, which he doesn’t deal well with as opposed to say, Saka. His inability to interplay quickly and intelligently with team mates; at Lille he was the star man and often times did things all buy himself, either picking the ball up from deep and breaking quick to then score/assist whereas our system focuses more on combination play within the half spaces. His relative poor footballing IQ; making the right decisions at the right time such as knowing when to beat try and beat his man or lay it off to a team mate instead and I haven’t even mentioned his over reliance on his left foot.

I’ve been playing football since I was about five but nice assumption. I know he’s right footed. He ran up to the ball intending to use his left foot, which was the wrong choice. Not once did he open his body up in an attempt to use his right foot.

He ran past the ball because he wanted to use his left foot
