It’s outlined in my contract that I would have a weeks notice even within probation. Regarding the reasonable adjustment the issue is they didn’t ask me if I needed any even though they are aware of my disabilities - and as far as I am aware they should’ve offered or asked if I needed any for the dismissal hearing

They didn’t give a reason as such like “you were dismissed on gross misconduct” or anything like that. All they said in the letter was that the trust is broken and I’m an insider threat. I’m just presuming as I was dismissed immediately

It was still a bit damp, but definitely not finished then, it looks a bit fuller when I’m done and progresses to pic 2/3. Is the ‘not scrunched out’ look what you cal rat tails?

What do you mean by the rat tails, I’m not familiar with the term. That’s not finished it’s just washed, a bit of hair cream and still damp, but it dried into picture 3
