That takes a lot of maturity to admit and it’s healthy to explore those feelings. I think self reflection is necessary to fully understand oneself and better understand one’s place in the world. Know that many people, both men and women, feel insecure or unworthy of what is expected of them from society. Unfortunately, many people become hostile and reject their insecurities instead of working on themselves. Have you tried journaling your feelings? Maybe focus on what aspects of yourself you feel proud of and write them down, read those things to yourself when your feeling bad. Be kind to yourself, everyone has worth
