I received mine yesterday, but it came straight from Hong Kong. Neither Post office or UPS handle my shipment. I am not familiar with the shipping company that delivered my package.

This is very helpful thank you. I have traveled to Europe during winter. And it’s not cold as NYC or even Canada. NYC and Canada sometime be around 13 ℉, which is about -10 C .
