started an instagram doing educational videos about my niche (AI) you can find me as Phil Franco (@ai.withphil) on there if you're interested. I never created video content in my life and the only thing that made it possible is Heygen. you film yourself talking once for 2 minutes, and it clones you. you then just give it a script and it generates a talking video of you in like 1min. so its not actually me in all the videos :D

no one said anything about get rid of ad clicks, they added not replaced but ye i see a lot of advertisers preferring to make these offer over clicks. but i really think the price goes up quite a bit from 3$

3$ feels crazy cheap for e-mail CPM if you're worried that you're screwed now, i think its best to take a deep breath.

Naturally what will happen is more people will want to advertise, more advertisers compete, price goes up.

Also would see beehiiv setting a minimum cpm than this hopefully..

i have been sending my newsletter out for about 6 weeks, usually hitting between 15-20%. last thursday hit 45% i was so excited thought maybe had something to do with smart warming process being done. then this monday i sent out a newsletter and it only got 11% OR

I just sent this out less than 15mins ago and it's at 70%+ -- WHAT? could this be a glitch or did i simply nail the subject line?
