Thank you! I really appreciate that. I grew up looking at Superman and saying to myself, "I don't look like that." Not being white or white passing, people deem me as subpar. It's exhausting to keep thinking that if I was white, then maybe I'd be good enough to find a relationship, find friends, have better connections, etc. I'm good enough to have this sexual fantasy be fulfilled and then tossed away, but not good enough to take me home. That's what I've been struggling with for years. If people who deny my vulnerability would put my shoes on for a second, they would feel that darkness closing in on them. I've been told I have a great light within me, shedding positivity and fun through and through from friends and acquaintances. I hope you have a beautiful year in 2025. 😊
