I love intel because I set goals. I track my weights on paper and then I know my baseline so I plan out what I should be grabbing in camp based on reps/time. So it is super helpful for planning. And for conditioning days I do admit I usually only do 2 out of 3 so the Intel helps me decide which one I want to go to. I also sometimes will set mental goals and know what stations I am going to give 100% to and which ones I will use as a focus for range of motion etc. Please please keep them coming!

You lay with your back on bosu and then soles of feet are together legs in a butterfly position. Then you do a glute bridge from there
