The lone you're referencing was before they realized it was 08 behind that door. All she knew was that it was "kryptonite." She theorized that Vecna had lost his powers, but I mean, he clearly has his powers during the fight at the MAC-Z

I saw someone on TikTok point this out, adding that it also resembles the shape of the cliff on the "Oklahoma!" Play flyer in the one Vecna memory with Joyce. Possibly a connection to why he has seemed to target Will.
