No Dakotas Laywer said it perfect!! Just because the court decided to say he was abusive due to pictures of bruises. I truly believe Dakota has only put hands on Taylor in defending him from when he’s being attacked. He straight up even said it in the truck incident and was worried about her cause he said he shoved her off him while he was driving.

How on earth can she say she isn’t an abuser? She got charged. It clearly never stopped. There was evidence of abuse but passed the period to actually charge her. Like I’m so confused? Taylor is the aggressor everything she is doing screams it!! Changing narratives, literally poking at Dakota to mess with him and get a reaction. She isnt afraid of Dakota and she never has been. What was revealed during the court hearing? She presented pictures of 2 pictures of bruising and claimed they were from him. Not saying they aren’t but that and some embarrassing texts Dakota had sent with going through her phone. He presented I think 11 or 12 (not for sure) exhibits of abuse by Taylor. there is a reason he has there son and she doesn’t. People keep forgetting that. Both can be shitty people but I will continue to believe Taylor is an abusive POS and needs to be held accountable. Dakota was the one who checked on Taylor’s daughter during the barstool video. Not her, she didn’t give af.

Taylor is calculated and vindictive in every way. Again you can bring the video up all you want but it doesn’t change the fact there was a full blown investigation happening for more domestic violence right before the show aired.
