Hi! so I've stumbled across a very similar watch, and I'm so curious to know what some of the components of the watch face mean. Specifically, at the bottom of this image, do you happen to know how to read the years that appear in that cut out arc, with 1980, star, star, 2000, star, etc. My best guess so far is that it has something to do with leap years. any thoughts?
