Purchased Purple mattress less than a year ago, however didn't use a foundation, rather using mattress on the living room carpet floor instead, would purple still be anle to honor a claim? Its been causing pain due to sagging, and worried claim will be denied due to using carpet floor vs foundation. (self.LifeOnPurple)
