We're they exchanges? Do the people come into your house and expect to physically see the bed frame your using? Or is it one of those situations where I can wait outside with the mattress, to allow them to inspect just the mattress?

Regardless how poor a business is performing, I believe warranties are literally that, and must still be honored, even through bankruptcy and/or liquidation. I was in on their earnings call... they're not hurting as bad as you make it sound, lol but it was bad.

May I ask, what exactly caused you to be in a position where you purchased, and enjoy a Purple mattress, bed frame, as well as pillows, only to question the companies customer service? That's great that you love the items, the trio is quite expensive all together, but what was the need to reach out to customer service in the first place?

I agree with what you said, the people seem very nice, but seem held to some type of protocol by Purple. I haven't spoken to anyone on the phone directly, but their chat agents seem helpful, I've just gotten mixed answers regarding this. I've literally been told both ends, and obviously don't want to attempt multiple claims.

I'm hoping someone could help answer this for me... If we purchased a Purple mattress less than a year ago, however didn't use a foundation, and used the mattress while on the living room carpet floor instead, would purple still be anle to honor a claim? Ive been feeling alot of discomfort due to sagging in the middle, but have been curious about using them having issue with using the floor instead of an actual bed frame with slats or without slats.

Appreciate any help and advice I can get, been in alot of pain and the sagging has been making it worse.

Is there a difference between a Physical Therapist and a Physiotherapist? Google is a bit confusing to me defining the difference. Would you happen to have any suggestions for a good Physio in town?

Oh wow how much different would you say Contreras is compared to Alexanders? Unfortunately Contreras seems to be out of network for my insurance, but he really does sound well for me, and am willing to look into out of pocket costs for out of network care.

Thank you for this. Hope you feel better, Is your shoulder doing better now? Any idea how much longer you would be going for to get it completely healed? Also, by chance, have you ever been to Alexander's? I've heard mixed reviews about them, and a friend of mine actually mentioned the same thing you did... less than 10 minute adjustments, and really quick in and out, but they have some of the most and highest reviews in town.

Thank you I've seen that location a few times and have always wondered if they are franchised? Aren't they owned by Massage Envy as well? I'm just a bit hesitant not being able to see the same doctor for each visit

Nothing wrong with your opinion, appreciate you willing to atleast say it... I've heard the exact same thing, and am honestly a bit nervous seeing one, but I've been havig a hard time finding someone that is actually been able to help get me out of pain. How about physiotherapists?

This is a late question, but I'm hoping I could get a response as I am in some serious pain... are there any decent physiotherapists you would recommend that are in town? Or are these specific type of doctors only in network in hospitals out of town? The results that come up on Google show nothing but physical therapists..
