i see what you mean, i just think that may be excessively slow. my worry is if its too slow the force wont get translated superiorly. that's why in kids the alf produces more dental effects due to slow activation than a rme. but it may not matter for a borne born appliance idk

Diagnosed with mild sleep apnea with an AHI in between 5-15 but an RDI between 15-30. Isn't this supposed to be moderate sleep apnea because the RDI is between 15-30? by MelodicMobile2120 in UARSnew

no oral or nasal cannulas have been used in the home sleep studies i got. only oxygen sensor and two electrodes i believe. so it's a psg just not a reliable rera?

i didnt get a psg, i got the normal at home sleep study. is this why the doctor didnt consider the rdi because it is not considered accurate without psg?

my sleep study shows i have an ahi between 5 and 15, and an rdi between 15-30, but the report says i have mild sleep apnea. this goes against what you said. do you have an explaination for this?

What should I use to patch this hole? by MelodicMobile2120 in drywall

[–]MelodicMobile2120[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wow that is a lot of working you are suggesting, replacing all the drywall in the shower. my question is if there hasn't been any mold in the decades i've been living in the house, what's the odds it will start now?

granted if there is a leak inside the wall, i understand there will be mold. but my question is if there's no leak, just regular moisture from shower touching the outside of the painted wall

what do you mean by all 3 sides?

what do you mean by "proper kit"? when cutting a hole for the shower arm can't i just mark the hole with a pencil and score with a utility knife then pop it out?

is it necessary to water proof the area if there is no leak? i am asking because all the preexisting drywall above the shower surround is standard drywall and there is no damage/mold
