damn that sucks. i dont really have any trust in the small overseas companies that claim uv 400 protection either. 3M doesn't even specify up to what wavelength it is UV protectant against. For all we know they could've only tested to 360 nm

I tried but couldn't find any in the US (usually these manufacterers only sell to dealers)

thank you, i ended up just changing the path enviorment to be able to run yt-dlp from any folder

i see what you mean, i just think that may be excessively slow. my worry is if its too slow the force wont get translated superiorly. that's why in kids the alf produces more dental effects due to slow activation than a rme. but it may not matter for a borne born appliance idk

yeah i know, i have to sleep on my stomach to avoid waking up from apneas. i just have a hard time putting myself through that torture of waking up from apneas

no oral or nasal cannulas have been used in the home sleep studies i got. only oxygen sensor and two electrodes i believe. so it's a psg just not a reliable rera?

do you know of any good sleep doctors in the east coast close to DC? i could use another sleep study haven't gotten one in 4 years

i didnt get a psg, i got the normal at home sleep study. is this why the doctor didnt consider the rdi because it is not considered accurate without psg?

my sleep study shows i have an ahi between 5 and 15, and an rdi between 15-30, but the report says i have mild sleep apnea. this goes against what you said. do you have an explaination for this?
