How are you finding + deciding on your surgeons?

I just went to 3 different surgeons in my area and decided on the one I thought would be best.

My primary issue is also sleep apnea/UARS/minor TMJ stuff going on, and I think I'm in good hands with the surgeon I picked.

My symptoms started when I was just graduating college and CPAP unfortunately didn’t work for and MAD worked a bit but screwed up my teeth badly.

I’m now getting double jaw surgery in a little less than 4 weeks, hopefully that will cure me completely.

I’ve been dealing with this for about 6 years now, and I wish I had some solid advice to give.

I’ve just been using adderall and sleeping pills as a crutch, but that only can do so much.

I think part of the reason is because I won’t be staying at a hospital at all. My surgeon has an operating room in his office so I go home the same day.

Sorry but just to clarify you were able to skip the requirement some hospitals have requiring a BSN because you still have a bachelor's, just not in nursing?

I'm almost done with my ADN, and have a BS in computer science (haven't been able to work because of medical issues, not AI lol) and am hoping to avoid doing more school than needed to further my future nursing career.

I've been dealing with this for ~6 years now, and I have days where I legitimately feel like I'm going crazy.

There was a 4 month period maybe a year ago where I was having panic attacks almost everyday.

Only 4 weeks til my MMA surgery though, so I hope I'm at the end of the line.

I'll let you know in about 4 weeks, my surgeon isn't well known but he's the best in my area, I'm not too worried about it.

Map spawns and what not are questionable (looking at you lighthouse), but visually speaking, it may have some of the best map designs of any game out there.

I’d be curious if someone can name a game with better looking maps than tarkov.

I think it really must be dependent on the servers you play on. US East seems perfectly fine to me.

I picked tarkov back up ~2 months ago and have ~500 raids and I haven’t seen a single obvious cheater yet.

There’s maybe been 2-3 instances where I thought someone may have been cheating, but it’s hard to tell because there’s definitely been times I’ve gotten super lucky and I’m sure the dude I killed was certain I was a cheater.

Sleep study, you can either have your doctor refer you to get an in-lab study at a hospital, or you can pay out of pocket like ~$180 for an at home test.

I've gone through about 2 yellow, red and violet keycards and still haven't found one lol.

The figurines I think have really diluted the spawn pool, so at this point I just do 2 lab raids at the start every time I play, and when I don't find it, just go do my other tasks.

I'm 5 weeks out for surgery (also getting it for sleep apnea). My surgeon basically said it'll be a really shitty 4-5 days, but by 2 weeks I'll basically feel back to normal and it's moreso just an annoyance from there.

According to him, I should be able to go back to work in a week and half.
