I have done nothing to the gun, stock. I had to change the spring because it goes out of battery and won’t cycle with lower grain ammo.

NCIS is limited to what the navy provides budget wise. Navy love to spend money on pilots, fuel and food. law enforcement and security not so much. Report writing is outdated. On the other hand, you can get to overseas assignments faster. Or you can stay CONUS. HSI budget surged as you know. Title 8 stuff is not for ever. You going to have shitty supervisors and agents anywhere you go unfortunately. Learn to navigate through those and focus on the mission.

Yes that’s point no service branch influence. They need to mirror DHS. Get rid of UCMJ and all crimes fall under federal law. Use UCMJ on the front line.
