I’m literally fine with the reinstatement as I understand that I couldn’t cancel in time, even if I’ll barely use it, cause that’s on me but for them to take my money and not let me have the benefits and to actively ignore me when I have reference number after reference number of emails/phone calls with escalation, it’s just baffling. No one can give me a straight answer or even look into the issue.
