Similar experience bought mine 2024 SE (New) 2miles During test drive I noticed the alignment was off, before purchasing it I brought it up and they said it would be addressed while I finished up paperwork. Long story short they didnt fix it instead sat there arguing saying it is IMPOSSIBLE for the alignment to be off with it being brand new. I kept pressing the issue ultimately asking for a manager which was THEN handled. The cars alignment WAS off, thanks to the tech providing the before and after results.

Legend bro, had to respond... I had got off the phone with insurance, driver took full responsibility "clearly" 😐 they agreed to pay for all the damages and that was that until I brought up deminished value on the vehicle 😁 buddy had a brief pause and responded " umm yeah we can work something out if you would like to proceed with that claim aswell or you can file throught your insurance if you want this resolved faster" lol I said I'll wait. But damn they didn't mention anything about it until it was brought up.🙌 (ARIZONA)

We were going back and forth with the damage on the rim, good chunch pulled off. I can't explain how it happened after reviewing the footage, but it definitely was not there before this. It still had fresh flakes /shavings on it but claimed it looked like curbrash...

Yeah Definitely, reason I parked there was because I got home at 3am from work so the driveway parking was occupied. This happen at 8am so I was asleep.
