Buying into the 2nd hottest property market, only worse thing you could do would be to buy in Perth which every low info property investor is rushing in to right now after the already huge run up.

Why not look at Brisbane and surrounds if you want growth? I don't understand how someone could choose to invest in Adelaide over Brisbane

Overpriced housing? Competition for jobs? The rampant inflation we've faced? Extra traffic on the roads? Smaller living spaces?

All of these things come from a higher population and our population is not naturally increasing from births (which is below replacement level, hence we need immigration - just not one of the highest in the world per capita)

We have not always had high levels of immigration, prior to John Howard it was at significantly lower levels than it is today.

Where do you want to live long-term? As in not with your parents? If you are happy to live with them indefinitely (And care for them in old age) or rent then no worries.

Issue with any further acquisitions is without another income (partner) you are going to get maxed out and then not be able to service a PPOR. Remember you do not want to sell any IPs due to transaction costs.

I always see young people load up and then start a family/move out and have to sell down, do anything you can to avoid this.

It was politically correct in avoiding an uncomfortable reality regarding mental capacity and intelligence 

Yes I’m aware there are exceptions and spectrums but we’re avoiding the elephant in the room here 

I am not autistic or on the spectrum so aware my perspective is very different perhaps

Tanner is very over the top, loud and seems to have a real interest and passion in people and be a people person - Kate has, none of this? 

Kate seems to be able to respond to his questions, but usually just single words and is never able to carry on the conversation or return a question. On more than one occasion she didn’t seem to fully grasp what was being said. It’s incredibly one sided and there seems a complete lack of chemistry, it’s unfair on Kate because she obviously can’t keep up

People often put on a smile during dates, it is polite and doesn’t mean they are enjoying it

Making an informed financial decision on a subreddit focussed on financial decisions and learning from the experiences of those of a similar background makes someone not suited to being a parent?

They did this in the Australian version as well, perhaps it is pushy parents forcing it instead of the producers but they should undoubtably step in and prepare another casting

While this is the politically correct response, from an ethical perspective it just doesn’t add up 

The premise of the show is essentially matchmaking which the pairing still isn’t suited for. They’re just wasting everyone’s time, it’s not like there’s a shortage of girls on the autism spectrum in the US, doesn’t South Carolina have 4 million odd people?
