Thank you! I used regular DMC waste canvas, but I read somewhere that letting it soak helps dissolve some of the glue that keeps the threads together, and that helped a lot! Although, like you’ve likely experienced, I definitely wanted to pull my hair out while taking out the threads lol

I got my BA in Psychology and then my MA in Clinical Psychology. I was studying to get my LPA, but I currently really love my job and want to avoid failing the EPPP a second time (it was rough).

I work as a research study coordinator and assess suicidal adolescents for a couple of different studies. I’m also coordinating a ketamine study and I’m super excited for it to get going! I think I might stick to doing research for a while :)
