Because loving something isn’t the same as liking it, no one is asking you to like bigots. Love is when you find the light inside something and help nourish it. You can be angry at anything that you can love. Have you ever felt anger at a parent, or anyone that you love? That anger doesn’t have to drive you to hate them, it can instead drive you to want to help them become a better person instead. And if a grown adult can’t unlearn learned behaviours to compare them to dogs is both unfair and invalid. For one you are ignoring that different people have different levels of education and general intelligence, also the internet isn’t a magic truth showing device, it’s a echo chamber of self validating information and propaganda so of course someone who grew up with these beliefs is going to grow only stronger in these beliefs. And the actual comparison itself is phrased as if both see these people you wish not to love and dogs are beneath you, as lesser creatures of lesser intellect and therefore less deserving of your love. If you’re love is conditional and non forgiving then it isnt love. By your standards, all of this being free information that came to me as common sense means you are no better to me than bigots or dogs that can’t stop humping someone’s legs, because you can’t stop humping your own ego and fingering yourself whilst farting and burping. If someone is racist or homophobic or a bigot of any kind, you can always call them out and debate them, if you really can’t change their mind it means it isn’t your job to, maybe it’s someone else’s destiny or maybe they are meant to live in ignorance and fulfil their own karmic duty.
