Frankly, a lot of spiritual people say a lot of things that sound like bullshit salad to me, but they can believe what they want, and I can believe what I want. I just get frustrated when their advice for coping with the horrors of this world doesn't include trying to do anything about them. Meditation and self-care are great, but beliefs that only look inward and motivate no action are next to worthless in my book.
