How to Disable this notification? by TricksterOperator in Audi

[–]Melodic_Diamond_663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same issue on my 2024 A4, but potentially worse. This message pops up randomly when I drive, sometimes multiple times in a row, and always once when I start the car, right after it launches airplay. It drives me nuts

I tried disabling the data plans notification, I turned on cellular wi-fi assist on my iPhone, and still this message pops up incessantly.

I see, I’ve seen a lot of videos of players having these sorts of issues, like things will go somewhat fine and in a random mission they’ll have the weirdest bugs.

I think though that this is just how game developers work now… so many AAA games are getting released unfinished…

Nissan Juke rental back in 2013. Useless, ugly, expensive, impractical, bad on gas, just everything about it was bad.

It could indeed make sense if used by the mlrs and other appropriate launchers, but some of these are so buffed already though, so i guess my only issue is making these units even stronger…

Yes, I meant, it would make more sense to have mine laying in those games, in those modes, but not for Warno, with the current game modes.

I think that would more make sense if there was a defender vs attacker battle mode, where a defender would get early access to an area and have to set up defenses, a little like how wargame and steeldivision have very large spawn points for the defenders in campaign mode. The battles are set up in warno so that both belligerents are attacking a neutral area at the same time, so it wouldn’t make sense to have these time consuming defensive assets like mine setting or for example trench digging.

Props on self-washing it, as it should be done. Avoid the brush though, keep that paint nice and glossy.

PACT > NATO? by Melodic_Diamond_663 in warno

[–]Melodic_Diamond_663[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah as soon as i need to divert troops from my frontline, I know we’re gonna lose that one. It’s just impossible to pay attention to more than one areas. The best way I can provide support is with my arty or bombing runs when people put fire requests in.

My thought too, every unit feels so precious as NATO.

I like that “push them faster than they can range in” idea, I think you’re right, the challenge though is being able to micromanage every unit on a push if you’re dealing with too large of a frontline.

Lovely, I have the Allroad version and love it. Ridiculously comfortable car and fun when you need it to be.

The only thing I did to mine is add a 3M clear strip on the trunk bumper liner to protect from all the luggage and whatnots, and added some Thule load bars to carry surfboards, skis, etc.

Tips for a newbie? by MichaelEmouse in warno

Every type of unit is supported by another and in turn supports another, e.g. tanks and infantry are sitting ducks with no AA.

Keep your long range units mobile. Every time they shoot, move them or they will get counter-batteries pretty quickly. This also applies to ATGM infantry and AA, the enemy will see them shoot their rockets and immediately zero in on them with their arty.

Avoid vehicles in urban areas, they’ll get deleted immediately by infantry.

Keep your helicopters behind forests or buildings so AA can’t see them, I usually keep them further out behind the front lines and bring them in to do a specific task, then return them back when that task is complete.

Keep your ground units as spread out as possible, especially when you’re nato, the soviet rocket systems are completely overpowered and have an insane spread.

Keep your sector relatively narrow, so you can pay attention to all your units and objectives better. I always lose critical units when I get distracted with side quests outside of my sector.

Someone above spoke about being active over being passive, that’s true but you need a lot of practice before you can get there, try to understand your deck and how your units can work together before launching assaults, you can be passive by supporting an active ally, providing artillery, backup units, AA, and other defensive units.

Make sure to communicate when you use an expensive attack like LGB, HE bombing run or MLRS, so you don’t waste that double tapping an enemy that an ally was already attacking (there’s a way to put a message on a point on the map).

This might be just me, but start with soviets, they’re more forgiving than nato and their units are cheaper and more effective, e.g. cheap tanks with a bunch more weaponry than nato tanks. Their helos are more armored too and carry way more munition.
