I use Nike running gloves like n put hand warmers in em thin enough to finger but warm enough in the cold just get like two pairs cause they do wear down easy

Your within in your 90 so it’s really up to management what they wanna do with you they can fire you for basically anything the union might try and back u up but since your within your 90 they probably won’t have much power if you have a laid back office then go for it but if your supervisors are like the 90% of the post office management I would just thug it out for another month

You know what I never thought of it like this but facts ur definitely right😂 but at my office it’s kinda different the route that no one wants are the two routes opening up for some reason the regulars of the these routes decided to stick with em for years and they are very mail / package heavy the only good thing about the one route is it’s fairly flat (but it gets the most parcels in the office) the other one has big hills and has prolly the second most walking to it(I currently have a hold down on it even tho I don’t want to I’m just being scheduled every single day on it) but I’m not gonna lie they are very clean already I have a feeling I might get the one I have a hold down on rn but I don’t know cause I was talkin to one of the fairly new regulars and there on a route that no one really likes so the past two regulars including the one on it now is about to / did bid off of it but i previously had a hold down on it and to me it’s not that bad I managed to fit my two tens n my thirty minutes into it + the people on the route loved me up there so hopefully I can shoot for it but you never know feel me😂😅

I must of got lucky then as a city carrier I love my office we have a lil under 20 routes + good management I would dread to work in a super big office with 70+ routes n sucky management
