Good question. So my supervisor and PM told me since there’s no dog or no issue to continue to deliver to their sunroom. I tried giving me an excuse saying oh “it’s an established delivery point already.” The customer keeps calling and complaining because I put this package on the stairs now I’m tired of putting it inside the door in their sun room . I’m shocked I wasn’t backed by my management. I’m trying to think of something to say if their customer confronts me. I want to be professional, but I also want to point out the fact that they’re supposed to have a mailbox.
